Chemical exfoliation (alpha hydroxy acids like glycolic or lactic acid, or beta hydroxy acids like salicylic acid). Enzyme exfoliation (gentler option using fruit enzymes like papaya or pumpkin) Extractions if needed (optional). Soothing mask to calm and nourish freshly exfoliated skin. Serums and moisturizers to rehydrate and protect. SPF protection if done during the day.
