Whether I’m life coaching, curating skincare, hosting empowering events, designing personalized self-care tools, or creating beauty and wellness products, everything I do is centered around one goal: helping you prioritize yourself. Wherever you are in life, I’m here to support your journey. ​I completed my undergraduate degree at Howard University and two master's at Amberton University studying psychology, human development, professional counseling, and marriage and family therapy.

For years, I stayed quiet to keep the peace—shrinking myself to make others comfortable, but growth taught me that real peace comes from honoring your truth, speaking up, and protecting your energy. I now speak with love, guard my spirit, and no longer apologize for setting boundaries. Healing isn’t always about forgiveness; sometimes it’s about walking away—whole, healed, and renovated.
