Peach Tangerine Tea, Strawberry Lemonade, and Half & Half - Iced Tea Lemonade contain sugar.  Pomegranate Blueberry Acai is sugar-free. Ingredients include citric acid, natural flavors and caffeine. Add one packet of powder to 16 oz. of water. Mix vigorously. Effects can take up to 2 hours or more after consuming. Please store in a cool, dry place.
